Namesake to the founder, is Jenny’s sister Petra - a fellow events enthusiast and highly skilled and experienced business development expert in the luxury events and hospitality sector. 

Petra has over 15 years’ of event management and strategic development experience in prestigious venues such Madame Tussauds, Somerset House, RIBA, Banqueting House and the Historic Royal Palaces group. Petra is a high-profile figure in the events industry having worked in both venues and supplier side. She has a keen eye for detail, has proactive sales planning experience, is highly skilled in product development and delivery, as well as account management.

Susan Holding - The Strategy and Commercial expert

With over 20 years’ experience in the heritage and not-for-profit sector, Susan has developed highly successful event and hospitality businesses for iconic brands such as The Science Museum, English Heritage and BAFTA, amongst others.  At English Heritage she developed a nation-wide portfolio of hospitality venues and created industry standards for event operations in historic properties.  Susan's expertise is in strategic planning, change management, team building and recruitment, business development and operational delivery. Susan has an impressive track record of maximising revenue and profitability for her clients as well as creating effective management structures to deliver growth.

Claire Icel - The Social Media expert

Claire is a digital marketer with over 15 years’ experience across all online marketing channels. She specialises in helping businesses boost the results they see from their digital marketing by designing and executing successful strategies covering social media advertising and content, email marketing, content creation and website optimisation, that will boost your business success.

Jodi Head - The Graphic Design expert

Jodi is a graphic designer with 14 years’ of experience working with businesses all over the UK, from household brand names to individuals and the public sector. Originally coming from an art-based background, but with a First Class degree in Interactive Media, Jodi has a grounding in both print and digital design support.

Her professional skills cover a large range of design services (with a touch of coding and IT); from logo design and stationery to infographics, PowerPoint templates and brochures. Other services include website design, advertisements, flyers, invitations, email marketing, character design, social media graphics/animations, presentations, signage, packaging and templates for Microsoft Office.
